Trip To The AG Store

Hi, guys! Wow, it really has been quite awhile since I posted. Anyway, I recently went to……………*drumroll* The American Girl Store! I didn’t buy anything, simply because there wasn’t anything I really wanted enough to spend that money. I did take quite a few pictures, though so here they are.
Here’s a very blurry picture I took with Chrissa before we left on the long car ride [it probably wasn’t that long but it felt like forever].
The first picture I took was of Maryellen’s display. She’s such a cute doll! How many of you guys have Maryellen? My sisters and I have read the Maryellen books, even though none of us have Maryellen. I love that quote [‘’I follow my heart instead of the crowd’’].
Here’s a blurry picture I took of Kaya’s display. She’s so cute! I remember I absolutely LOVED her books when I was 7-8. I still would, probably. I just haven’t read them in awhile.
This is where Chrissa met Luciana.
Chrissa: Luciana was pretty nice. All she wanted to talk about was space, though, and she talked really fast so I got kinda confused.
Poor Luci. She looks kinda disoriented. Challenges of being a display doll, I guess.
Here’s Julie’s display. She looks a lot like me, actually. Just with longer hair, and no glasses.
This set confuses me. Why exactly does Julie have a bathroom set? That’s Chrissa, and my sister’s Felicity doll.
This is the Xbox gaming set. It looks pretty cool but limited in what you could use it for, too.
Chrissa made a friend at the bowling alley.
Chrissa: Her name is Elaine. She’s super sweet, and super pretty.
I took this picture because a girl sitting on top of part of the set looks weird.
This looks almost exactly like our family’s dog.
Chrissa decided to help Blaire in the kitchen. Blaire is actually a lot paler than most other AG dolls.
Chrissa: Blaire is super-sweet, and a great cook. She had a very strange laugh, though.

Wow, it looks kinda like the doll in the wheelchair is stalking Chrissa [or just micromanaging her].
Chrissa: It does look kinda creepy, but she’s actually really nice. The dough smells delicious.
Chrissa posed with Melody and Rebecca with Julie in the background.
Note: After seeing all the BeForever dolls in person I think Rebecca is my favorite.

My family and I also went to the Disney store, Justice, The LEGO Store, and Claire’s. I didn’t get anything at those places except for Claire’s. Because…..
I got my ears pierced! It’s so cool, and honestly doesn’t hurt very much. I got a couple of extra earrings and other jewelry. They are actual real gold, since a lot of people in my family are allergic to nickel and I’m supposed to pick hypoallergenic ones. It’s probably better for the environment also.

Well, that was my trip to the AG store.

Sounds like you had a great time at the store, and those earrings look beautiful! I got my ears pierced at Claire's, too. I love that store.

  3. Sounds you had an awesome time at the AG store. :)
And that poor Luciana doll does look disoriented, I wonder if it because so many little girls move her around. XD

And I hope that Chrissa gets to see her friend again sometime. :)

  5. Quinley-I did! Yes, I felt so sorry for her! Probably, since she is a display doll.

JustAG-No problem, it was fun. Oh my word YES. I LOVE AG products so much but there's always the ''Do I want that cute outfit enough to spend $32 on it?''
